1. Services and Digital Products

All our consultations, healing sessions, and digital courses are considered confirmed once booked or purchased.

Since these are personalized and/or instantly accessible digital services, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once a session has been conducted or course access has been granted, no refund will be issued.
2. Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

Destiny Vision reserves the right to reschedule a session in case of an emergency or technical issue.
3. Duplicate or Accidental Payments
In the case of a duplicate transaction or technical payment error, please contact us within 48 hours of payment.
After verification, the excess amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Workshops and Courses

Fees for workshops, online training, or certification courses are non-refundable once registration is complete.

In case of event cancellation from our side, participants will receive a full refund or option to attend the next available batch.
5. Product Returns (Crystals or Remedies)
If you purchase certified crystals or physical remedies, please note:

Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged or defective upon delivery.

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item, with photo evidence.
